Real Estate Web Templates

RealPress.net has developed the latest in a series of WordPress plugins that transforms the CMS in to a Real Estate Web Site. Currently in testing stage but due for full release in early January 2010 RealPress plugin offers WordPress users an extensive list of key Real Estate features, including the ability to search multiple table records such as Country, City, Property type and price.

This Real Estate plugin has also been specifically developed to coincide with the implementation of Google’s own Real Estate search which is expected to launch throughout most western countries by late spring 2010.  Initially an extension of Google Maps, Google Real Estate module used Real Estate Agents Google Base listings to populate a regional areas of Google Maps page with linked dots that represent listings. When clicked the listings display the users Google Base property listings and a link to the agents own site listing page.

RealPress will integrate with Google Base to automatically populate the Google Maps Real Estate module with RealPress users property listings producing a massive time saving and negating the need for complex integration by web site technicians.

RealPress has also developed a free website platform to allow small brokers and individuals to have access to a working RealPress Real Estate web site. Designed as a demo to promote the product, the free MU based platform allows users to create a web domain   example.realpress.net with a selection of creative color schemes and SEO modules. This is anticipated to be very popular. Users also have access to both public and private forums within which to network, share ideas, leads and development ideas. All but the Pro version of the Real Estate plugin is totally free and will be paid for by a small amount of affiliate marketing.

Our latest project is the integration of a WordPress theme in to the web site of a well established UK Mobile Phone Accessories company.

The main e-commerce site created a couple of problems because it had been developed using a smarty template and some elements of the navigation proved difficult to replicate. The client was keen to have lots of social media interation within the posts, so Sociable plugin was incorporated.

With 1000′s of beautify images supporting the product range, we were keen for the client to adopt Alex Rabe’s Next Gen Image Galley to provide attractive image slideshows and flexibility. The sub-domain should prove a very productive instrument for the vendor and we anticipate it to function very well for organic site traffic in the coming months.
